Chicken with no butt!

Picked up some Saphire Gems from Rural King from Hoover Hatchery 11 weeks ago. They were supposed to be all pullets, which this one does not appear to be.
He is the oddest shape and built more like a dinosaur than a chicken. He's got no butt! The others all have more of a traditional shape as well as the saphire splash pullets I bought. Any Ideas on the rumplessness?

It looks like a lavender Orpington cockeral. Male Orpington tend to be slow in growing in their tails sometimes.

Lavender orpington. He will get a tail. it just must have gotten plucked out or it's slow to grow in

That does help clear up the breed. I had a coop damaged in a storm and lost some chicks. The chicks that survived were moved into another coop. There were Lavender Orpingtons in that coop and it appears two were survivors. These are the Sapphire Gems and Sapphire Splash.

He does have a tailbone so he isn't truly rumpless. Just slow to feather in his tail.
