Chicken with red swollen eye

We have a chicken who has been dealing with an eye issue for weeks. First she would keep it closed, then it developed a red dot, now the red bump is huge and her eye is swollen! What could it be and what can I do? No other symptoms...

I’m not a vet, but it looks like a possible hemorrhage or bleed in the back of the eye. Is the chicken acting blind in that eye? Was there an injury? Can you see a vet?
