chicken with seizures, looks sick, hyperextending neck

I have a 17 wk old cockerel who I've noticed having seizures a few times over the past few weeks, seemed fine in between, except today looking kind of off (rumpled feathers etc) & hyperextending its neck frequently, after drinking & at other times too.

Any ideas? None of my other chickens seem sick

Gapeworm would be my first thought. Do you have any fenbendazole around, or could you buy a tube of SafeGuard and treat him with that? (Horse wormer, or cattle wormer, safeguard, 1 bb sized piece in the throat).

Are you certain it's seizures, or could be possibly be trying desperately to fling something out of his throat and be low on air?
