Ok thanks i do have many 1mls syringes(that are needleless so I'm ok with that part) so what would the rough dosage be for chicken that's bantam size (1kg) roughly (bantam)Jedds.com sellathe sulfa antibiotic as well as 10% enrofloxacin (Baytril.) I have had good luck ordering from them. I believe allbirdproducts is good as well, but have not ordered there. Dosage of 10% Baytril is 0.005 ml per piund of weight given twice daily for 5 days. That is 0.25 ml for a 5 pound chicken. Walmart and many pharmacies have needle-less 1 ml syringes to give babies and animals small dosages. That makes it easier to figure a dosage so small.

The pus usually needs to be expressed by gently squeezing the eyelid.
Does this there for mean she needs 0.5ml twice a day for 5 days and is that being orally? Correct me if I'm wrong
And with the squeezing puss out how do i do that when its not exactly in her eye but more so lower below her eye underneath?
Will circle on a photo of what i mean down below
For easier explation I'll be having color coded circles for the photo:
Green circle: is the location where i can squeeze the sticky mucusly like liquid out from her sinus( colour is browny red) used to be Amber yellow) this mucus snot like liquid always returns back in little as 2-3hrs.
Red circle where the puss is softish/hard like won't move regardless, the location of where it is I'm unsure on how to remove it since its not in the eye and i don't want to hurt her any tips?
do i push it upwards (the puss towards her eye)?
Photo here of what im explaining
