You can tell it is Coryza by the smell. Smell her face. If it smells, it is Coryza. If there is no smell, then it probably is not. Yes, Coryza is contagious. And so is MG. You might start her on oral antibiotics. Maybe some Duramycin in her water. She obviously has some sort of infection going. But still, you should post this in our emergency section for more input. 

She's doing better now her symptoms clears up the next day so I don't think it's mg or coryza but, she is wheezing so I'm thinking it could be bronchitis, I dunno what to do im clueless

Well I've just new warming up a towel and running her face with it, and it made te face swelling go away and all the mucus come out, but I dunno we're to get probiotics or acv I'm a newbie to chickens

Help! .. this is a 2 day old white orpington cochin. . Her eyes are shut.. I try to clean it with warm vitamin water... But I was wondering if there is any ointment I can use to make it better? .. Please let me know..
