Chicken with sore , advice please!

I will have to Google our equivalent of Neosporin, I am in New zealand- it's almost 9pm here!
That's great thank you, all advice is welcome. I've had chooks for years and never had any problems so all this is new to me- trying to figure out what's wrong with her.
My friend that i got the chook from, works full time and has 4 kids so doesn't really have the time to clean the coop much etc and when I go over there in the day while she's at work, I clean their water bowls out as they are usually muddy and empty
I've also taken on their rabbits a few months ago too as I have the time to care for them properly!

Yes I will be keeping her, I've only got 2 chooks and they are nice girls, who get fed lots so have no reason to fight or pick on one another so I am hoping once she's well, I'll add her with them. She doesn't lay, who would when she's feeling so poorly, but she can just be company for my 2

Where do you live? What's the weather like where you are? I ask because if it's decent send your son out to grab her some bugs/worms. Lol. That'd be my first choice.

I'd personally probably do some seeds. Pumpkin, black sunflower seed (will also help her feathers) A hard boiled egg (with shell, chopped up good.. few drops olive oil) Mealworms, she'll be your best friend with those. Eat em right from your hand. Prob 5 or so. But any lean meats too, low sodium choices. Fish. Yogurt. Oatmeal. Avoid salts and too much sugars of course. All these, as treats, not her main diet. Maybe a little of one or two things a day, every other or so, as she puts on weight, scale back. You still want to keep her diet balanced. She shouldnt be eating 50% protein in her diet a day or anything..lol. i personally give veggies too. And fruits, though less often. Just my opinion, and what Id do.

Grit. She needs some. A weed root, grass root, sand, tiny pebbles... or something since she's not able to scratch/forage to get it on her own. Id set it aside as a free choice personally.

Maybe get a multi vitamin to add to her water when you get to town.

I'm sure you've already done this but just in case, check her for mites and lice of course.

It sounds like she has a lot of love around her. I'm sure she's going to be super happy, here soon.

Instead of all sorts of human foods and seeds, cannyou try feeding chick starter feed—20% protein, so that she gets that for 90% of her diet. A few seeds, bugs, and greens are okay, but she needs the balanced vitamins and minerals of chick feed. We all like to treat our chicks, but if they don’t eat the chick feed, there will be some deficiencies. Have you looked for lice or mites on the chick.

The weather is currently hot and super dry!
I only have eggs on hand (of course haha) so I did the hard boiled egg for a treat after I gave her feet a soak today, she loved it!
I will get seeds tomorrow when I go out
I've checked for mites but haven't been able to see any
We live near the beach so I will grab some oyster shells tomorrow and smash them up with a hammer for her grit
Today she is almost lame, can barely walk and doesn't want to walk- I'm hoping her feet are healing and she will just get better from here
I will post more pics that I managed to take
