Chicken with sores on her face?

Hello all, this morning when letting out my chickens I happen to notice sores all over my bantam pullets face, she’s only just 3 months old. I’d also like to note shes only with one other chicken, not our whole flock.

I agree, looks like fowl pox. No treatment for it, just let it run it's course for a few weeks and watch for signs of secondary infection, especially around the eyes.

In this instance you should check the rest of your flock and separate the hen.
I think I'm right in saying once a chicken had had fowl pox it won't get it again.
You can apply an antibiotic ointment if you can get it.
I'm afraid I don't know what you can get in the US in the way of ointment.

No. Once healed they are fine.

You can apply some iodine or betadine, but I'm not sure if that really helps or not.
