Hello all, this morning when letting out my chickens I happen to notice sores all over my bantam pullets face, she’s only just 3 months old. I’d also like to note shes only with one other chicken, not our whole flock.

I agree, looks like fowl pox. No treatment for it, just let it run it's course for a few weeks and watch for signs of secondary infection, especially around the eyes.Looks like fowl pox.

Correct.I think I'm right in saying once a chicken had had fowl pox it won't get it again.
You can apply some iodine or betadine, but I'm not sure if that really helps or not.Wow, there’s nothing at all I can give to them or put on it to possibly help?
