My 3.5 year old isa brown has had sour crop for about a week now. There was a day where she was feeling much better, walking around, eating and drinking a lot, but her condition suddenly dropped yesterday. I've been vomiting her carefully, trying to feed her but she wont eat and syringing miconazole. She willingly drinks water. Last night she developed a sort of shiver. She's not cold because shes being kept in the house but it's like her whole body is shaking. I really don't know what to do at this point to make her better

How much miconazole has she been getting each dose? Are you dosing her twice a day?

Have you felt any solid lumps in her crop when you check each morning? An ongoing impacted crop can feed the yeast and slow down the cure.

After we've done everything we can, sometimes we need to accept that there may be another underlying issue that is contributing to the yeast infection, and miconazole may not be able to overcome the sour crop. In that event, we may need to consider euthanasia.
