Chicken with swollen eye area.

I just noticed I’ve got one chicken with a swollen eye area really puffy. No other symptoms eats and drinks fine. Free ranges fine. I’ve searched the internet for pictures of my exact issue but came up empty. Wasn’t sure if anyone else has had this issue before or how to treat? There’s no discharge of any sort either.
