Chicken with swollen eye, virus i guess, now what?

Poor thing's eye is all swollen bad and weeping. I guess its some strain of avain flu. I am about to quarrantine her, and we started antibiotics two days ago, but I dont think its helping. What else can I do?

One of my girls had this a while back. I treated their water for a little over a week with water soluble Tylan powder. She seemed to get better and the bubbles stopped coming. Also rinse her eye with saline solution. I have related it closely to a sinus infection from what people have told me on here. I figured to treat everyone just so noone else got sick. I have 6 hens. Just don't eat the eggs when they are on any kind of meds. Hope this helps. Good luck to you.

The powdered stuff is in a big $50 dollar jar, while there are bottles for about 9. Its the same stuff right? I dont think I need the big jar...
