So our chicken has had a swollen eye for about 3 weeks now. It doesn't seem to affecting her behavior at all. She is eating, laying, and acting completely normal. There's no discharge or smell, and it's only one eye. No other chickens in our flock have shown similar symptoms at all. We have been treating her on and off with VetRX, but we haven't seen much improvement. I'm attaching a picture. I'm hoping someone has an idea as to what it is and how we might be able to address it. Thanks.

It almost looks like she may have been stung or bitten by an insect around the eye to cause the swelling. Some respiratory diseases may cause swelling around an eye or face. You could get some Tylan 50 injectable, and give her 1 ml orally twice a day for 3-5 days, to see if it clears. Oxytetracycline in the water for 5-7 days would be another alternative treatment. Dosage is 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 TB per gallon of water. Or, you could take her to a vet to check the eye.
