I’ve had chickens since June last year soo don’t know much about chickens any feedback would be appreciated?

Greetings and welcome to BYC. So sorry your present chicken eye issue brought you to us. That is not presenting like a normal eye issue or infection that I've ever seen. It doesn't look like occular mareks either. That looks like a cyst filled with pus. Could she have gotten a splinter or something in her eye? I'm sure it has to be pretty painful for her so no surprise she's stopped laying. Where is the drainage coming from? Can you see an entry/exit point? You might need to see a vet with that issue.

I hope you can figure it out. Hopefully some more experienced folks will be along soon. Since it's been like this for 3 weeks, I don't think it's presently life or death. Best of luck with her and hope you'll update us when you get it solved.

The discharge comes out from the eye when I’m washing it with cotton wool, and I can’t really see an injury they could have been a potential one on her eyelid as I did see a scab in the eye a few weeks ago the bulging sacks in her eyes is growing bigger as time goes on and feel firm to the touch she is not showing any sings of respiratory disease no sneezing no discharge from beak she’s still eating and drinking but her appetite is definitely coming down she appears depressed now.

So it sounds like she got something in her eye, splinter, dirt, whatever, and it got infected inside, under the lid, forming a cyst (pus filled). If you feel brave and have a hypodermic with small gauge needle, you could try to draw out some of whatever is in there and see if it is pus/blood/etc. as opposed to a tumor (flesh) growth. If it turns out to be a cyst and pus, you could then lance it and drain it and treat accordingly. This is what I would do personally. Otherwise, a vet might be required (either way really).

Not much drainage but there was abit of blood around the eyes early possibly scratching and I can’t really smell much of an odour the discharge comes out looking like egg white
