Chicken with white goo in beak

So my chicken just has wound repair surgery and it's been 24hrs since than is I just noticed that she kind of "sneezes" shell shake her head and a white thick comes out. Is the medicine causing this or the food I gave her (dough) or is it something more serious?
Her eyes are no swollen, she ate fine in the morning and drank water and the goo thing does not smell.

What surgery did she have? It's probably from the medicine.

What surgery did she have? It's probably from the medicine.

They had to stitch a section from behind the comb down to almost her back. She's on meloxidyl and something labeled TMS. I believe they're both antibiotics

If you are keeping in contact with the vet, this is definitely something I would call up and ask about in the morning.
