Surely enough turns out my chicken was lethargic because she has worms the past few days she’s been acting normal and today too until we took them out and put them back in when I saw her just standing still so I took her in and she started eating and drinking a bit she was lethargic then I saw her poop and I didn’t see anything but then my sister saw little white lines moving and surely they where worms and I’m wondering what’s the best dewormer to give her? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Can you get some photos of the poop and worms?

Safeguard (Fenbendazole) would be good to use. To treat most worms except for Tapeworms, dose your hen at a rate of .23ml per pound of weight orally once a day for 5 days in a row.
I was trying to take a picture of it but I couldn’t see them but there was white lines moving so there was worms also would I have to deworm everyone? Yesterday they where all running around in the field.

This one? Couldn’t find any for chickens

Also should i seperate her or keep her with her friends?
Yes the Safe-guard for goats above is the exact thing you need.
Deworm your entire flock at the same time so they don't continue to pass worms back and forth to each other.
No, there's no need to separate her.

Oh ok this is how she looked yesterday also their coop floor is dirt but we clean it every 3 weeks could the worms dig under to then infect other chickens or would they die since they need a host? Today she looks way better than she did she still eats and drinks

Also I have some electorates for lethargic chickens should I give her some? Or is there anything to slow down the worms while I later go out to buy the dewormer

Clean the whole coop. Give it a GOOD scrub down
