Chicken won’t go into coop!!

Is the hen on a high tree or somewhere low where you can grab her

If their sizes are that different, I’m assuming she is the bottom of the pecking order and she will continue to be pecked off the roost.

You could try leaving them in the coop for a few days, so they know where "home" is. How big is the coop and how many chickens do you have?

From other postings I have seen that the coop is quite small so I am not sure that locking them in for a long time is a great idea. I think locking them in at night is probably safest and the little one may end up sleeping on the floor which is not ideal but probably better than having any of them outside in the run if the door doesn't close properly.

Yes. I realized that. I just happened to know the answer based on participating in another post.

Not very noticable from far but she is pretty small comparing them so she does get bullied though..

It's because your coop is too small and one of your birds is new and still being picked on.
