I want to thank @Tiana's chickens, @sylviethecochin, @Wyorp Rock, @Ravynscroft, @micstrachan, @Eggcessive @chickens really and @Care for chicks for your fast responses, your opinions, and caring about my sister's chicken. She unfortunately passed away this morning.

Very sorry for your loss. If your sister wants to open her abdomen, she may be able to tell if there was internal laying, or something like kidney disease. Taking pictures of the organs, and posting them here can sometimes be helpful.
