Chicken Won't Move!

I have a 5-month-old Easter Egger that has been standing halfway into the nesting box for over an hour and hasn't moved at all. I even touched her and she didn't budge, and seemed annoyed at me. I don't know if she's laying yet or not, this could be her first time laying. We have 13 hens total and aren't sure who is laying and who isn't. I just find this behavior strange and I'm not sure if it's something to be worried about or not. I'm a first time chicken owner so I'm still learning.

She could be getting ready.
Have you seen her/them in the nests messing with the bedding?
Are they being very vocal?
She may being moving a softshell egg down the pike, they can act pretty weird when that happens, and not uncommon with new layers.
Just keep an eye on her.
