Chicken won't perch in coop at night

I have 5 chickens. They all go into the coop when it gets dark but one will not roost on the perch with the rest. The other 4 are up there sleeping and she sleeps on the floor in the shavings. They are about 10 months old. She is otherwise healthy and not picked on, she gets along well with others. Why won't she roost with the others? Is it a problem?

How big is the coop? And what about the roosts?

x2 on length of roost. And how high off the ground is it?

Also what type of bird is she? Silkies for example often don't roost, and heavier birds can sometimes have trouble getting up. I have a special needs bird that no longer roosts and has to be lifted onto it.
