Chickens and ferrets

I would NOT allow them near each other. Ferrets are related to weasels and their instinct will be to kill and eat your chickens and/or any other birds you may have. I have owned ferrets in the past. I had one rip my parrot out of the cage while I was in the shower and kill it. It was traumatic. Birds and weasels do not mix. You can own both, but be extremely cautious if you have your heart set on it. In the end I re-homed my ferret as I am much more attached to being a bird owner and the idea of having both the birds and the ferrets caged at all times to be safe didn't sit well with me, both birds and ferrets thrive on time out of a cage. Good luck. I am not trying to shoot down your dreams, but I want to paint a realistic picture for you. You can own both, but they CANNOT be housed together or allowed near each other, EVER.

I had a Netherland Dwarf living under my coop for a year or two. They do get along but I don't know about potential parasite transmission.

Ducks, on the other hand, seem terrified of rabbits. Why, I don't know.

A rabbit makes a great pet. I love them! I would not keep them together with chickens, though. Rabbits are nocturnal. All day long while the chickens are fluttering around and pecking, the rabbit will be trying to sleep. At night when the chickens are sleeping the rabbit will be more active. If you keep them in separate cages though they should be just fine. I've had house rabbits and they are awesome.

I've owned many ferrets over the past 15 years. People use them to catch and kill rabbits, mine were just pets.
I'd say they can and would easily kill chickens. My ferrets used to catch and kill anything they could, birds being their favorite .
But they do make awesome pets. Can be very friendly and very smart for such a dumb looking creature. They even play fetch like a dog and are easy to litter train like a cat.

I recently put my ferrets in the chicken coop. My two hens stay up in the tree while my ferrets are on the ground playing. The ferrets sleep most of the day, the chickens don't get bothered. I still keep an eye on them just in case.
