Chickens and turkeys

Hi. I have 18 chickens and I want a turkey. I would keep it with my goats and four of my chickens. Should/Can I still get a turkey?

Turkeys will eat all of your chickens' feed and more if they can get it. They need their own special feed so if you are willing to take on the extra costs and risk of "blackhead disease" for the turkey, sure. Maybe you could get a few and let them out and away from the chickens?
