Chickens, and where you live

I live in the country with a total of 5 acres plus a shared pond. I have 11 chickens, 17 ducks, and 2 geese!

We live on about an acre in Northern, CA. My mother-in-law lives on a great solar farm up in VT and that's where I learned about chickens! I hope to keep them healthy, warm, and happy laying their eggs through our winter

I live on 100 acre farm that's been in our family for 60 years. I have 10 chickens. This winter I'm thinking one more coop & 10 more chickens well maybe 12 more.

We live in the middle of orange groves and fern farms here in Central Florida. I own just one acre here and have 15 chickens and three geese. About a half acre is fenced in for them. plenty of fresh grass for grazing. unfortunately, they are very spoiled and sit at the porch waiting for me to go feed them. gees

We are on 2 acres, I think that's a tiny farm, but large for the average home. I could not imagine living in the suburbs again, so close to other people and so little land...
We have 22 chickens. ^.^
