Currently wondering what needs a cage more the plants or the chikens. I have found some nice stainless steal baskets to put over the plants until they are stong about 2 weeks after planting i remove them. I have also filled the spots inbeteween the flowers and plants with glasses, jars, pretty things to hold the space, old clogs and chunks of wood. I love my chickens but dont want a fence around my garden.
