Chickens are eating crab grass killer

I would get outside and water the grass to get it to sink into the ground. Or keep them up in the run until after a good rain. Sorry about your chickens, and I hope they are fine. Any particles in the grass are going to appear attractive to chickens.

It's a preemergent versus a post emergent product. 99.6% of this product is inert ingredients. So even if one chicken was able to find and ingest a lb of this stuff there would only be 0.1ounce of active product consumed. Also the maximum application rate for this product is 24 ounces of active ingredient (400lbs of actual product) per acre (43560 sqft) .

Birds have a very much accelerated metabolism compared to other animals. If they aren't showing any ill effects by now imo you have nothing to worry about.

Update?
I was thinking of putting down some prodiamine in our yard...

They survived and all was ok. I did water extra on the grass just to dillute the fertilizer faster.
