My chickens don't talk back to me like my little kids do either. So chickens must be smarter. In fact they don't talk at all. Any lippy words from a chicken gets them in HOT SOUP, rather quickly!

That's no new news. A chicken can take care of itself from 2 hours old but it takes a kid 30 years before it can be weaned.
