Chickens ate egg

So one of my pullets laid an egg and we saw a whole lot of yellow come with it. It looked like yolk, so we took a picture.

The shell was quite thin, we have been feeding them oyster shell pieces but apperantly not enough. Not long after that another pullet started eating the egg. I have a video of it but can't upload it. Does anyone know why she did that and how can we stop it? They have recently started laying.

Take an egg and make a hole in it. Dump out the yolk and white and put in mustard. Then put the egg in the coop. The pullet will most likely dislike the mustard and problem solved!
