Two and a half days ago our chickens were attacked. One's head was gone, 5 were taken, and one we thought dead is alive. She is an isa brown and a little over a year old.
We have her isolated and comfortable. The first day we were able to give her a little water with a straw but she hardly moved. We basically left her alone. The second day she was more alert. She ate a little feed and took water by straw. Today she is even more alert...again eating and drinking a little. My concern is that she barely moves and won't get up.
Apart from missing feathers on her neck area we have not noticed any punctures or blood. We did stand her up today and noticed that she will not stand on her own and is favoring her right leg. It does not look broken but is a little swollen. Her neck may also be swollen where the predator tried to grab her but this is my first time with chickens and I am not sure what is normal. I am also pretty certain that she is not using the bathroom.
I am not sure what to do.

Without being an expert, it makes me wonder if her spine got damaged when the predator grabbed the neck. Some predators, like dogs, grab their prey by the neck and then shake it violently to break the neck. If it doesn't break it might at least get damaged. I'd say, keep feeding and watering her and wait if there's any improvement. I don't know if taking her to a vet is an option for you - if yes, I 'd take her there.

I agree. I would take her to the vet to find out more info. I'm so sorry to hear what happened!
