CHICKENS CROP SQUISHY AND WARM AND SMELLS LIKE SOUR VOMIT

Hard to see her stance in the videos but if she's walking funny or standing like penguin there is usually something wrong at the rear end... Check her belly area between her legs and vent for any lumps, swelling or squishiness. When was her last egg? What does her poop look like?

If she is laying eggs and could be egg bound I'd get her a calcium supplement (calcium citrate or tums) and give her a warm bath. Neither will hurt if she isn't egg bound.

She also definitely has a crop issue. Egg binding can block the digestive tract depending on where the egg is stuck, which causes sour crop since the food as no where to move and just starts fermenting. Eating things like long grass, hay, etc can also knot up in the digestive tract causing a blockage. Here is a good article on how to treat crop issues:

How do you think I should treat her tomorrow? Should she be fasting or does she need pleanty of food if she is egg bound?

I'd let her eat and drink and as she wants. Forcing her to fast might stress her and make her weak for no reason. If she is really obstructed and not digesting anything she won't feel like eating anyway.
Thank you for your answer,do you think I should treat her for egg bound first( if she is egg bound)or her crop issues?

Depends on how she is in the morning... If she's had some normalish poops overnight but her crop is still sour you can treat for both at the same time and give her the antifungal cream and a calcium supplement.

If there has been no poop or only liquid poop I would check her vent area and see if you can feel an egg by gently (gently!) pressing around her vent and/or getting an exam glove, lubricating with vaseline, and sticking a finger 1-2 inches up the vent to feel for an egg. If you can't feel an egg that way she's either not egg bound or it's still far enough up the oviduct that it's not blocking the intestines. That would mean she likely has an obstruction from something she ate. An impaction is easiest to treat when it is in the crop, but if her crop is just squishy with no hard mass then it is further down the line. You'd need to get things moving. Crop massages, feeding some oil, and crop flushes are things to try.

Thank you for your answer, her crop still felt relatively hard when I last felt it and I could feel some bits around. I will wake up early tomorrow and get things going and will do everything in my power ti save her. Thank you for the help. I will try and get some sleep now and give an update tomorrow morning😊

Egg binding and sour crop often go together. A blockage in the reproductive tract can slow down the digestive system and cause crop stasis which leads to sour crop.

You will know in the morning if she has a crop issue. You can start treating it at that point. But I would pop a calcium tablet into her in case it's a stuck egg causing the crop slow down. It won't do any harm if you're wrong. It's a simple safe way to cover that possibility and if you are right, then you've possibly saved the hen's life.

UPDATE: I am now on my way to give her a bath. Her crop feels very little. I don’t know how it’s supposed to feel when it’s empty but I would guess it is. Under her I think I can feel an egg and I’m gonna give her a calsium tablet and a bath, right now just a warm bc I don’t have any Epson salt unfortunately

ANOTHER UPDATE: she just pooped this out, what does this mean?
