Chickens eating less

As you saw my previous post, the chickens are eating less. Their crop isn’t full at night. I give them layer feed and some treats. They aren’t eating a lot and are moulting a bit. Can someone help me?
 
They might just be molting as it's seasonal time for that. How old are they?

I usually bump up my protein to 20% or more to get them out of the molt quicker. New feathers need lots of protein to grow.

You can use oyster shell grit to ensure your non molting hens (if you have any) can get the calcium they need.
