I think that last picture is of a nesting box and not an actual coop. That's where the chickens are supposed to lay their eggs, unless I am mistaken. They may not even have a coop!

That's all they have. That's also they yard they live in. Which the chickens easily fly over.

WELCOME! Ugh, I feel your pain. Years ago we had neighbors that had ducks! What a mess. I didn't have chickens at the time. We did talk to them, they just placed them. We we're lucky, he was getting married, she didn't want them.
