I don't know about that!
I'm a former landlord who was badly burned by some con artist tenants. It taught me how to research public records to learn everything I can about someone. You already know I'm a former house flipper. I also research the backgrounds on vacant houses and city and town websites hold a plethora of information. I will find what I want one way or another.

Does anyone know an easy way to catch them?
I've got a friend who wanting some of the hens.
(Animal Control finally responded, and told me to do "what ever" I need to do. Including eating them.)

A net on a long pole. Or you can entice them into an area you can close them off in, wait until dark and they are very easy to collect and crate that way.
I'm so glad you hear you got a response and that you have a friend who wants some of the hens.

Shirking their duties!!! If THEY deal with the problem, the neighbors can get mad at them all they want, the city lawyers will take them down. If you deal with it, the neighbors might take it out on you.
