Sounds like a good one...I'm going to try it...The peanut butter doesn't choke them?

Our hens love mealworms and they come running when they hear us shaking the Happy Hen Treats bag. They also like all fruits, basil and oregano.

Mealworms are their very favorite of all treats...Mine come running for them also...They are just so expensive...I wonder how nutrition they actually get from them...??? They also love almost all kind of table scraps, especially spaghetti.....I SOMETIMES COOK THEM A BOX OF ANY TYPE OF SPAGHETTI AND PUT A LITTLE SESAME SEED OIL ON IT...THEY LOVE IT...!Butter is good too. fruits and tomatoes also...

My girls love tomatos, watermelon, and corn!

OH MY, your chickens and my Black Orpington and Black star hens never got the memo that tomatos are suppose to be toxic to chickens! I cannot keep those feathered pests out of the garden, they eat the tomatoes green and only half of one before moving on to destroy another one!!!

Time to put up a fence, which I am sad about, they take care of the the bugs and all of them behave except those before mentioned hens!

This morning I was a tad mean, I was watering the garden and decided to make it "rain" on the tomato eaters. You should have seen their rotund bodies waddling away as fast as their chicken legs would carry them out of my garden, and you should have heard the squawking!!!!

Hey can somebody out there advise? I never heard that tomatoes are bad for chickens either; only ONIONS are poison. I don't see tomatoes as poison on any of the lists.
