Chickens feathers are not growing.

My 13 week old chickens wing feathers are not growing.. The underside of the wings are almost bald and back feathers.. All of my other chickens same breed and age are fully feather and have been for a long time.. Sorry pic Isn't that great.. Help?

I always feed my young birds the older or extra egg's and this really helps with the feathering issue but the there is the normal de-feathering by the other birds ........

Maybe that bird is a he? Males tend to be slower to feather. Females would be full feathered by now. Or does he have mites or lice? Does he have protein in his diet? Could he be possibly going through a molt? These all contribute to feathers.

It is a male.. I had 3 other males same age same breed.. They were fully feathered and a lot bigger.. This little guy is a runt. I will check for lice or mites all on the same diet..

Well it has been a few days and really haven't heard anything about your runt and his feathers ,,, So any changes ...
