Chickens first egg tastes funny

It is a starter/grower, do I need to switch to just a grower?
Starter/Grower/All Flock....those names don't really tell us anything.
Need to know the protein and calcium percentages.
All should have ~1% calcium, so you'll need to provide her with some Oyster Shell for calcium.

Is the 'medication' amprolium?
That should 'not' affect egg taste......tho I've never used mediated feed.
Learn to read the fine print, on the tags sewn into bottom of bags.

Weird taste could be the other plants they are eating.
Put her on nothing but a good feed and plain water for a week or two, see if that makes a difference.

Edited to add 'not'

I just went out and bought all flock and oyster shells, here’s the “nutrition facts” or whatever you call them. 😆

Chick starter/grower:
18% protein
It does contain amprolium
It does have 1% calcium

The all flock I just bought:
20% protein
It’s not medicated
Not sure how much calcium but I bought oyster shell so that’s fine.

I just replaced the feed in the feeders, and she has always had normal water.

So it’s most likely the amprolium that’s making her eggs taste weird then?

No....Sorry, I fixed my post, meant to say 'not'.
Might the other other stuff:

I see a verigated hosta in your photos. I believe that is in the nightshade family? & poisonous time the girls?? Please double check!
I posted another thread and people seem to think it’s Virginia creeper, as well as I. It’s still toxic but they’re fine as long as they don’t eat the berries. I might have to get rid of it all though, just in case they do start eating it a lot and getting sick.
