Chickens has a cold help please

terramycin is much cheaper than tylan and can be very effective against upper respiratory infections, especially secondary infections. I still highly recommend that you isolate her from the rest of the flock. I use a dog crate and keep them someplace out of the way and quiet, with plenty of food and treats to keep them happy.

Okay this is day two I'm trying to see if she can get rid of it on her own will my other chickens already if she had something serious ?? Her eyes look a little watery to is there any home remedies I can do or anything

If its bronchitis, it moves through the flock slowly, so there's no reason to expect that all of your chickens have been exposed, but if you don't isolate the ones that have started showing symptoms, then all of your chickens are sure to be exposed.

You can support her immune system with greens like kale. Garlic and olive oil both have compounds in them which have some antibacterial properties. When I have a sick chicken, I make a mush in the food processor of these three things along with some nilla wafers for taste. But I give these things with antibiotics, they are not remedies themselves, they are merely for a boost or support.

Actually, you're describing Newcastles. I've seen ILT and it does, in fact, move very slowly through the flock and it causes no changes in egg laying.
Newcastles causes defects in eggs and laying. That's how you distinguish the two from each other. Newcastles moves quickly through a flock and distorts eggs (and humans can get it in the form of a mild flu-like illness), it also usually has a neurological component in addition to upper respiratory symptoms.
Every poultry vet I have spoken to says that ILT has one advantage (and I have seen this to be true) in that it moves slowly enough through the flock that you have a chance to head it off by isolating sick birds.
