Chickens have roundworms!

While feeding my flock just right now, I saw some droppings with a very long, thin, noodle-like thing. After some research, it turned out to be roundworms. Some of my chickens have had diarrhea/looser droppings for some time, and I had been thinking of bringing in a sample to the vet so they could check it.
Anyway, I will be using Wazine, and what is the dosage per gallon? Egg withdrawal period?

The dosage is 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) in one gallon of water. The withdrawal period is 14 days.
