Chickens have runny poop and are barfing... help!

Hello! Recently my chickens have had quite runny poop and have been barfing on occasion. I'm not sure what seems to be the matter with them, since there has not been anything out of the ordinary that has either been fed to them or given to them to drink. They have been eating the feed that they have had for the last few months and the only treats that they have had recently is watermelon, pears, and Greek yogurt mixed with dry oats. All things that they have had prior to this happening. One thing however that was just recently found is that their waterer was broken, and they were without a working one for about a day or two. I'm not sure if that would make them have runny poop and barf..... Please let me know if you have any idea what's wrong with them and what we need to do to make sure our chickens get better! Thank you!!

Here are a couple photos.... the first is a photo of their normal droppings... and the second is one of their runnier... however, their poo has been quite water-y and i am unable to get a photo...

Are you saying there were without water for a day or two?

What is the date on the feed bag?
Have you ever had their poop tested by a vet for worms?

Yes. Their waterer is one where they have to peck at something and then it will release water from a larger container into a smaller one, so it is hard to tell when it is broken. In this case the yellow bobber (that released the water) was jammed and did not work. It was only when I came to refil the water that I realized it wasn't working.

We just bought a new bag of feed 2 weeks ago. And there isn't a date to be found on the bag.

Where we are located, the vets are not trained to treat chickens, and since it is such a recent occurrence, we have not gone to have their poop tested.

I would try to get her to dink some electrolytes water to see if she perks back up.
Most all vets, even if they don't see chickens as patients will still test their poop for worms, it's the same test they use on a dog/cat.
I would call the nearest vet first thing tomorrow morning to confirm and get that test done asap.
Nutri Drench is a great product to keep on hand for times like these.

How do their crops feel?
I have never heard of a chicken puking before.
Are the crops full at night and empty in the morning?

I'm not sure... it's late at night where I'm at currently.. I'll check her in a few minutes to feel what it's like and again in the morning...

I just went out and it looks like one of my chickens might be laying her first egg and I wouldn't like to disturb her... so I was unable to check Harriet (the chicken who barfed)... I will check her crops throughout the day tomorrow however
