How do you get the bows to stay on them? Do the others try to pull them off?

The bows are just human ones which I come across in random stores and fairs. The craft made ones tend to be better because they're made of foam so are lighter

The bows have crocodile clips on the back of them which keeps them in place and they are very light weight. That being said, if my chickens didn't want them on, they could easily get them off themselves.

One of my Silkies doesn't like them (my partridge) which is why I don't have photos of her with them on. I wouldn't stress her to try and do it. The majority of my chickens never know they are there since the bows just fit in with their crest!

Also, I'd never leave one on one of my birds unattended. I'm always with them when they have them on

It's just a Halloween dog elastic fabric collar thing

I got the larger size which is too big for my chickens but I prefer having it larger so that if my chickens want it off, they can step out of it. Same as the bows and stuff I use. I only ever use 'props' that can be taken off by the bird with ease.

I'd never put anything on my birds that they can't get off themselves. Not that they care, they're too slow to know what's going on anyways
