    Hello there,

I am trying to find whether or not I can have chickens in my backyard in Port St. John, fl. I don't live in a neighborhood with an HOA, and I can't determine if PSJ is considered part of Cocoa or not....Anyone familiar with PSJ? Thanks in Advance!!!

hence......HOA! that's your first hurdle. If your allowed chickens in the town, the HOA might trump the laws. Call zoning in the morning and ask about chickens. then call the HOA and ask.............if city says YES and HOA says NO...............it's a NO!
