Chickens in Slow Motion

I finally caught a crow close enough that you can actually see him well--and as a bonus, he pumped himself up with a good wing flapping beforehand!




Interesting note, I always pictured they were thumping their chests when flapping before crowing, but you can see in this video that the pounding sound from him flapping is actually coming from his wings hitting one another above his back!

That's amazing...didn't notice that at first.
 
I thought that was pretty neat. All I can think of, though, is a teacher clapping his hands above his head to get everyone's attention before he talks. :lol:




And then there's the Godzilla roar sound of his crow in slow motion...
