I have a chicken and a friend who has two that molted and lost most of their feathers earlier this year, feb or march and they still haven't feathered out. is this a medical problem or a nutrition deficiency of some kind? Please help us understand if this is normal or not. p.s. we both live in the S.F. bay area ina very mild climate could this make a difference?
