Chickens not laying in the nesting box

My chickens have been "ready to lay" for a while now a month ago one started about a couple of days ago another started laying and I found the one that's not laying, laying in a small garden area on our porch how can I stop her from laying there I have three hens and two nesting boxes

Did you put fake eggs (golfballs work too!) in the nesting boxes? If they are laying everyday then i would add in some fake eggs/golfballs to the nest boxes and i would lock the birds that are laying in there for 2 or 3 days or until they begin laying in the boxes. Works everytime for me
