Chickens not laying

I counted 65 chickens here ^^^
Waaaaayyy too many birds for.....

Is run covered and winter proofed?
To make this easy, we now have 35 birds. With the loss of some of the pullets and taking out the cockerels. Everyone was doing awesome, I was getting at least 15 eggs a day average, approx. 3 a day were small, before the girls started dyeing, from the smaller sussex pullets. As soon as the cockerels started crowing, and going after the girls, everyone stopped laying. Not a single egg for almost 3 weeks now. The cockerels would attack even when I was standing there. The run has a roof over approx. 1/3 of it. The feeders are under the roof unless we get negative temps, then I put the feeders inside and close the girls in at night because it is always windy here. Tha waterers are inside all winter.

I really like your coop aart, I don't have that kind of talent, to be able to design and build something that awesome. I am a career railroader, so my specialty is solving problems everyday! I am however going to use your plan for the nesting boxes!
