I seem to have a problem with my girls pushing eggs out of the nesting box and they break. Thankfully they are not eating them. My box size is about 8x12 with about a 3 inch high front. Is it not big enough? All three of my hens want to lay in this one box, even though I have 2 available. What do you think?

I would make the nest box bigger. Maybe make the two nest boxes into just one wide nest box.

My hens love my wide nest box, I think it is 12 inches deep, 12 tall, and maybe two and half feet wide. They all like to lay on the same end.

I would raise the lip on the nest box.
