Chickens Quit Laying?

I have a total of about 20 chickens that are at laying age and were doing fine. I had a hen go broody and is sitting on the nest now. I have left her alone due to advice to do so. But since, my egg production has decreased big time. I was getting 12 eggs a day, then dropped to 10, then 9, 8, 7, etc...Today I only got one egg...could her sitting cause this? I have paid close attention and nobody seems to be sick. I do have a couple molting. I don't know what else it could be. Does anyone have any ideas?

It getting to be winter and molting will cause hens to drop egg production. Unless of course the others are sharing the
nest with the broody. In that case that is where those missing eggs could be. I have two hens that share nest.
