Chickens with swollen eyes - NOT my birds... help?

Uh-oh... it’s in my flock, too. :th My uncle is treating his (yes, it actually did come back in his flock sadly again) birds with Apple Cider Vinegar in their water and it seems to really be helping his birds. Here is my old gal, what should I do here?
It’s only one eye doing it, the other is fine. Here is her eye and the inside of her beak.

Someone should get some testing or a necropsy. It could be mycoplasma (MG,) and that is milder and more treatable with certain antibiotics (Tylan, Baytril, Denagard, Oxytetracycline, Doxycycline.) Did your uncles or your birds have a bad odor? Can you call your local vet or your state vet to find out how to get a PCR test for mycoplasma?

No bad odors. And I’m too attached to this bird to get a necropsy preformed, maybe if she was to pass away... I will try to get in touch with a local vet.

I double checked everything this evening. No other birds are showing any obvious symptoms of being sick.
