Chickens won’t stop pecking one chicken

I have a flock of 5 hens, all been raised together since 1 day old and gotten along beautifully. They are all born February 2019 and all been laying consistantly since July 2019.
3 barred rocks, 2 Eastereggers.

A night about 3 weeks ago their roost must have cracked and broke while they were all sleeping and in the melee one of my BRs got a scrape on her comb which was bleeding when I found the mess the next morning.
The problem is that the other two BRs will not leave her alone!! I quarantined her for a week and got it healed up and reintroduced her and they both go right for her and peck at the black scab spot left and open it up again!! Back into quarantine again....

She is hating being alone and I feel bad for her cause the weather is finally nice and she is stuck in the shop cause her sisters are brats. i did have an issue with the BRs pecking at the EEs legs on one spot that was scabbya few months back which was easily fixed by quarantine a few days to heal and the BRs never looked twice again at them.... I don’t know why they won’t leave this one comb alone.

I have tried to get the black scab off but the chicken was not having it and it began to bleed again so I didn’t want to have to start all over again so I decided to be patient and let it happen naturally... two weeks later here we are!!

Should I color her whole comb black with something non-toxic somehow?? I truly think they are just after the black spot and not truly little cannibals.

Any ideas????

Also if it is relevant, the main culprit seems to be one BR that is clearly “the top of the pecking order” of my flock. She’s been a butthead from day one but I love her anyways. Her name is Twat Waffle...

Photo is shortly after the accident to see the “black spot” I’m talking about. It is not much smaller than shown still.
