Chickens won't go in coop! Have tried everything....

Is there a window that can't be seen in the pic? Maybe it's just too dark. The ramp does seem steep and narrow. Something is obviously discouraging them.

Yea it's probably not a bad idea to cut in a window!

The roof is tin so it's water tight.

I gota go feed cows here in a few so I'll snap a few more pictures of the coop when I get done.

When I had them locked in the coop for a few days I always turned the light on during the day and off at night.

I would suggest that you add more ventilation. You never posted the deminsions of your coop; I am very concerned that a LOT of moisture is building up in your cool when all of your chickens are in there.

Warm, moisture laden air has the potential to make your chckens prone to frost bite and respiratory infections. Not to mention ammonia build up.
