Welcome to Backyard Chickens. Have you considered seeing a psychiatrist or therapist for your depression? Mental illness is a disease, as is diabetes or thyroid trouble or any thing else. You can't wish it away.

Yes I am in treatment. It is a disease and it's sad alot of people don't understand that

I have had some with Bi Polar in my Family.

It is quite a thing to live with either depression or Bi Polar.
