Thanks again Shay & Jose for an awesome swap! I sold a bunch of Silkies and managed to not come home with any new critters! Don't know how I managed to pull that one off!

Those chocolate banana muffiins were so very yummy too! Best food I've had at a show or swap EVER!

Erla the sheep was so happy to see me... kept yelling "BAAA!" every time I tried to walk away (nice to know my baby still recognized me

). Her brother Skuggi on the other hand, just lay there chewing cud, like "oh yeah, I remember you. Hope you don't mind if I don't get up."

And I had the silkie bead in my pocket the whole day too! Oh, I dont believe it. I also forgot to ask you about Cheryls eggs and chicks. MAybe we will see you on Saturday and I will have the bead with me there, perhaps I can even manage to bead it up with purple beads for you! I cant believ we both had brain farts today! Thanls for taking the WFBS chicks. They were born on May 2nd. I cant wait to see them in a few months and their clown faces. Jose seemed really interested when I told him I was giving you them!!! I realized on the ride home that I was really bombarding you about sexing chicken questions! Next time tell me to "Shut up for Cripes sake" LOL

I forgot to thank Gypsy for taking my little pyncheon hen and am glad to know you think it is a vitamin B deficiency! Tammie told me you took the matching roo from her as well and that he may have the same condition. I am going to research and see if I can find out if that may be a flaw in the breed and that is why they are classified as in the critical status for the poultry association. She is an awesome little hen and had been laying, the eggs were, or rather seemed completely normal, but she only laid about 5 of them over the course of a week a couple months ago. HEr poor little body must be depleted. I feel bad I never noticed her nails, but how often does anyone check the nails on a chicken unless one is showing?? Let me know how she is doing and I hope it will be good news. I hope the new poults are settling in too!

Stinks I couldnt make it today...work was long and exhausting last night and I get to do it all again tonight! On the plus side, my Serama's hatched today! They popped right out like popcorn! I have five left to hatch out of 22 eggs and tomorrow is day 22...come on babies!!!
